Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship to ESK

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
